Programming Coordinator - Katrina Petrauskas

Katrina is a creative facilitator living in Oak Park. They earned a BFA in Fine Arts with a minor in Art History from Columbia College Chicago in 2011 and a Office Technology Specialist (OTS) Career Certificate from Morton College in 2018. They held an Assistant Curatorial Fellowship at 6018NORTH in 2012, and served as OPAL's Business and Arts Administrative Intern from 2016–2017.

From 2013–2016, they interned at Harold Washington Library Center in their Maker Lab and led two traveling CPL tours as an Outreach Navigator. They have designed and delivered innovative programming with a large emphasis on emerging technologies at multiple suburban public libraries since 2022.

Executive Director - Bryan Northup (Grayson)

Bryan is an environmental artist and writer with a multidisciplinary background in 3D visual arts and poetry. He received his B.A. (Fine Art Photography) at California College of the Arts.

Bryan relocated from the San Francisco Bay Area to Oak Park in 2008 and joined the staff at OPAL working in many capacities, creating in-house graphic design, monthly member newsletter, web design and maintenance, social media marketing and planning, coordinating and installing monthly exhibitions from 2009 to 2018.
Over the past 20 years, Bryan has worked as gallery director, content creator, marketing manager, curator and exhibition preparator for art organizations as well as private collectors.

Since 2015 Bryan has created sculpture, abstract wall reliefs and installations with single-use plastic as art medium.
