The Oak Park Art League is rolling out the red carpet again this year for HOUSE of OPAL 2026,
our 105th Anniversary celebration fashion themed gala fundraiser, this time at

The Nineteenth Century Charitable Association.

We are taking last year’s theme further down the runway and hosting a bigger fashion show as the centerpiece of the evening.
Expect tasty food and desserts, beverages (bar), silent auction and raffle as well as a chance to dress
in one of our three fashion categories that reflect our long history

The Sawyer, MI lake home is nestled in the charming woods, and a quick 5-minute walk

to the association’s Lake Michigan beach (including lots of steps down to the beach and

back up). This beautiful and spacious home accommodates a maximum 8-10 guests.

There are four bedrooms, one with a king bed, and three with queen beds, and 4 full

bathrooms. There’s also a huge basement, with a pull-out bed and several twin

mattresses. The basement/game room has a pool table, a ping pong table, and a 75” tv

screen for your viewing pleasure. Outside there’s a hot tub, screened porch, fire pit, grill

and outdoor seating.
