The Oak Park Art League continues a decades-long tradition of offering figure sessions for drawing from a live model, with the belief that if you can draw the human form, you can draw anything.
We offer 3 sessions per week:
Wednesdays, 6:30 - 9:30pm
Thursdays, 9am - noon
Sundays, 10am - 1pm
Models are clothed during the first two sessions of each month.
These are 3-hour, non-instructional figure drawing sessions. Work on your figure-drawing skills at your own self-directed pace! Our facilitator sets up, lights and directs the model.
Easels, horses, drawing boards are provided for use during the session.
Bring your own materials - all mediums welcome: charcoal, pencils, pastels, paint, iPad, modeling clay, etc.
Open to adults only, must be 18+ to register and attend.
Pre-registration is required.
