Of The Moment Photography Contest
The Oak Park Area Arts Council and the Oak Park Art League invite you to submit to our "Of the Moment" photography contest!!!
The Jury selected finalists for the “Of the Moment” Photo contest, hosted by the Oak Park Area Arts Council and the Oak Park Art League, will be on display for two weeks at the main branch of the Oak Park Public Library. Visit the library between January 15th and January 29th and VOTE FOR YOUR FAVORITES. With three different categories to vote for, your vote will determine who walks away with the cash prizes. Voting is free and open to the public!!
After casting your vote, come to the “Of the Moment” Photography Contest closing exhibition on January 30th when the winners are announced. The closing exhibit will be at the Oak Park Art League’s Carriage House Gallery on January 30th from 6pm till 7:30pm. Winners will be announced around 7pm.
Special thanks to Juan Carlos at Print Innovation Lab for printing the selected finalist’s photographs and to the Oak Park Public Library for partnering with us on displaying the finalists.
Selected Finalists:
A panel of Jurors will select 25-30 photos as Finalists. The photos selected to be finalists will be printed and displayed at the main branch of the Oak Park Public Library for two weeks. While the finalists are on display at the library, the general public will be invited to go see the photos and vote for their favorites. All photos, regardless if they are selected as a Finalists or not, will be displayed in an online gallery.

- Favorite Black & White - $125
- Most Interesting Subject - $125
Closing Exhibit:
A closing exhibit will be held at the Oak Park Art League (720 Chicago Ave.) on Friday, January 30 from 6pm - 7:30pm. Voting will close at 7pm on the 30th, with the winners announced.
